We use number of courier companies to ensure that you receive your package in a timely and convenient manner. Once the order is placed, you will receive a tracking number.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For most products and locations in the UK we will deliver your order within 14 working days from the purchase date. We don’t deliver on bank holidays. During busy times, some delivery routes may take longer than usual.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us on 07887780940 or at email@example.com as soon as possible, no later than 3 hours from placing your order. We will then be able to cancel or change your order.
After that time, you will have to return the goods to us for a refund or exchange.
If the goods have been customised to your order, and you have changed your mind, we are not required to issue a refund.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, there is no need to set up an account.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
How Can I Return a Product?
We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not we have set out below a summary of your rights in the event that you wish to return a product. Step one – completing the necessary documentation
In order to return your online order to us, please complete our Returns Note which is enclosed with the goods. Please enclose the note with your parcel and return to:

Step Two – Returning the Product
Please note that a full refund will not be provided for returned goods that show signs of unreasonable use. Goods must be returned to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.
However you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Step Three – Processing the Refund
If you have chosen a refund, we will process the calculated refund within 14 working days of receiving your returned goods provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition to the given address within 14 working days from delivery. You will receive email notification of your refund.
If you have requested an exchange or replacement of the goods, this will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
